Images depict San Matheo convent where Galileo's daughter lived; the house in Pisa where Galileo was supposedly born; house in Rome where Galileo was entertained during his trial; and the building where his trial took place. Galileo in his study seated at a table with a book, papers and a mechanical drawing on the wall was painted by Harold L. Macdonald in the 19th century.
